Albert (the actual boss and owner) is great to work with. They diagnosed our need for a whole new downstairs unit as a second opinion, and the options he gave were far less expensive than the first options and estimates we got. Plus, Ultra was able to put the unit in the VERY next day. Perfect install. This is an independent company, so you are dealing with normal people who are local and live in the area, who know that they have to do the job right since the buck stops with them, and it stays local. The unit they installed (Trane) cools much better with better humidity control than the one it replaced. The old York was only 5 years old, but we had spent so much on it already, and we were done dealing with it once the coil AND compressor went out (after the fan motor, 2-pole switch, capacitor, and something about the micro-coils had already been replaced). We were done burning money on a system that even when working properly struggled to keep the house comfortable. We can really tell a difference with the new system. You need to give Ultra Air a call. Based in the Cape, but they serve the whole area. PS - as of June 1, 2026, it looks like I am the 155th reviewer - real live person here - and as you can see, it's all 5-stars. That's different. Ultra Air, whatever you're doing, just keep it up. We need more businesses like this. Tell your friends and neighbors.
Rolando from Ultra came at the appointment time. Worked effectively then explained what was completed. Friendly and respectful to us and our downstairs neighbor who he had to access their unit due to shared pipes. I used this company last year also. I will use them in the future due to their excellent service.
Albert came out well after hours to look at our heater, and we couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely thorough, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it in record time. On top of that, his customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Albert, the owner, is fantastic! He is responsive, friendly, kind, and very fair. He takes great care of his customers and will go above and beyond. I will be sure to use Ultra Air over and over and continue to recommend him to my customers. I would love to see more SWFL vendors with the standards Ultra Air upholds.
