The tour was really good and interesting. You get to see a part of city not often seen. The guide was interesting, funny and tried to engage everyone. The down side was standing on the stairs going down for 10 minutes without knowing why. Otherwise great tour and highly recommended for anyone who is NOT claustrophobic.

Very impressive site to see but the tour execution needs to be upgraded. There are multiple groups going at the same time and you sometimes have to wait for another group to be done before moving on. Because of the environment, it can also be very hard to understand the guide due to the echo and other guides around talking about other aspect of the place. Earphones would go a long way. Otherwise, the tour was very interesting and the guide very knowledgeable and friendly.

A very insightful tour about the history of Naples! I would say this is one of the most comprehensive history tours you can take, since there is not just the one part of underground but the tour continues above ground. We showed up at exactly opening time and waited only a short while, maybe 8 minutes, for the English language tour. Since my group, me and my parents, didn’t prebook tickets we got to buy them at the door for 15€ per person (cash only!!). Be aware that the tour is quite physical. There are the narrow tunnels (i’m quite thin but my size 41 feet didn’t fit sideways in some parts), but those can be skipped if you’d like. Also be ready to use your phone flashlight since the tunnels do not have any lights. However, there are LOTS of stairs, seriously, since the underground is in pretty deep. Especially at the end of the tour when we were getting back to the surface the pace of going up the stairs was insanely fast! Of course nobody was left behind but jesus we were almost running trying to keep up. Overall a great experience! Would recommend for all tourists to get a more in-depth view of the city!

Very interesting and fun tour in the city of Naples. We bought tickets online, so we skipped the long queue. Super friendly tourguide with good stories. Besides the cave we also went to the amfitheatre. Amazing sight; an archeological building within an napolitan apartment!

This tour was very interesting and the sights were great. It was a great way to get away from the heat for an hour too. Just keep in mind if you are claustrophobic you will want to skip parts of this.
