I have been seen by Woodward Medical Center for over 50 years. Most of the doctors of my early years are no longer with us, however, I find the current doctors to be caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lacy is my current pcp. I have never had difficulty making an appointment or getting a response from an email. I have never experienced rudeness or lackadaisical behavior. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a new physician.
Everyone was very professional. I had a great experience. Everyone took such great care of me. Dr Brandon Anderson and Dr Camille Purcell were outstanding.
I tried booking a primary care appointment with Ana Endaya at Woodward Medical Center through bonsecours.com, spending the last 30 minutes wrestling with their system. It redirects me to MyChart without confirming if my booking went through and requiring a different account/signup process—total black hole experience. Extremely frustrating process that's way harder than it should be just to schedule a simple visit. Healthcare shouldn't be this painful.
There new appointment system is not good. I started to have a sore throat and wanted to see if I could make an appointment with my PA. I have been trying for the last 30 minutes to simply make an appointment with a person who has a strong accent I cannot understand and will not simply make an appointment for me with my PA. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MEDICAL GROUP. I think I will go to Prisma or somewhere I can simply schedule an appointment without all of this time and hassle.
Dr Ana and staff was supposed and I was very comfortable with them.
