We started with this place when it was the previous name, SC HouseCalls and SC HouseCalls was great! When it changed names to Your Health House Calls, I worried that it may not be as good as what we had been use to. But I was dead wrong! The transition was so smooth there wasn’t even one sign there had been a change. We us Your Health House Calls for my 29 year old son who was born with Cerebral Palsy and Autism. He has the mentality of a toddler, so a doctor/nurse practioner coming to our home instead of us trying to get to an office is enough in itself to keep us on board! But the company and its employees are great and great at what they do! Angela Williams is my son’s nurse practitioner and in my opinion, is the best! Thank you Angela for all that you do!!! We have been with this company for a couple years now and here’s our experience—My grandmother was a nurse in the Hillcrest hospital system a good portion of her life and an amazing woman. When her health declined and she needed assistance, we thought we could trust “Your Health”, but the situation they have put us through, completely erased that. Suddenly, hospice decided that her condition was not worsening, but just chronic. Which is quite interesting because we have been witnessing a decline in her health, and we have spoken to the company about it. They do not care. And we know that for sure because the Nurse Practitioners were directly told by the company to cease all communication with our family. That’s fine, don’t communicate with us, but we will be bringing this to community attention until more answers come to light.

Great experience at Game Day Men’s Health. Super easy process and the staff was awesome—friendly, helpful, and actually took the time to talk through everything with me. The place is clean, comfortable, and just has a good vibe overall. Didn’t feel rushed or like just another number. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get things dialed in and feel better.

Being an individual that has suffered from complex trauma dating back to childhood, living most of my adult life not diagnosed, self medicating and finally surviving a suicide attempt that ended up getting me diagnosed, into recovery and made available opportunities to due intense CBT and DBT therapy that enriched my life. I have found myself facing domestic violence, homelessness, depression and suicidal ideation for the first time in many years. I have tried many medications throughout my journey and I know what had worked for me and what hasn't. And I have had health care that has been more than willing to help me with the medication that does work. On he other hand I have had many many NP, and Drs that has labeled me and stereotyped me because of early diagnosis and my experience with addiction. I am 57 years old. I've been diagnosed disabled almost 10 yr. But have lived undiagnosed and untreated most of my life. I am an individual that isn't held back by my past as far as how I judge and believe in myself. I have dreams and goals and feel that DR Patel isn't the provider I am comfortable with or interested in treating me. She labeled me and treated me with discrimination regarding my early diagnosis and refused to treat me based on what I informed her of what has worked best for me and what hasn't. I'm asking to be seen , listened to , by a Dr that is going to listen to me and treat me with respect allowing me to have a voice in my treatment and future. This has been a long road and the journey to finding a health care team that can be effective that I don't have to worry about transportation or fighting with my anxiety to leave the house to be treated has been a very hard, exhausting experience. I am very satisfied with my team except for my experience with Dr Patel . Unfortunately the controlled substances kolonopin and Adderall are what has worked for me and allowed me to live a good life despite my diagnosis:. And the Said prescriptions were not high doses either. I was honest and told her I did not want Xanax I do not want to take Anything that I feel alters my mood. The lame medication she prescribed me does just that and it isn't a narcotic. Atarax alters my mood and leaves me feeling drunk, and doped up. Like I stated earlier, I am asking for a provider that is going to be open to listening to me and allowing me to have a voice in my treatment. I've had that before and I know it's possible. I am not an individual seeking out narcotics to abuse, sell or take advantage of. I am an individual with goals and dreams and plans who has put herself through online classes and has started the journey to starting her own business despite the mental health struggles she lives with. Those struggles have prolonged her journey because being untreated looks like some days just wanting to want to live is all she can do. I have suffered, and fought suicidal ideation and paralyzing anxiety and dark depression for almost a year for the first time in 5 or 6 years. I deserve to be listened to and respected and my diagnosis not prevent me from proper care anymore. Thanks Lois McDonald

Most of the people I've dealt with have been very helpful and listened to me with the exception of my main NP. Im not at all happy with her. She doesn't seem to care and I have to work on her schedule even after telling her im not a morning person and she insists on calling me early in the morning. I used to do home health and I worked around my patients schedule. I also followed up on things they needed or asked for. She dont. She is hard to get a message to even through her assistant.
